Σκουτελλάρια η κυπρία υπ. η ψηλότερη “Scutellaria” in latin means “skullcap” and “elatior” means “taller”. It is a Cyprus indigenous, endemic plant, that can also be found in lilac coloration of the stem and flowers. It is said to be appropriate to use for the detoxification from nicotine, alcohol and drugs, as well as to deal with hypertension, headaches, insomnia and spasms.
